Why participate in the T-8 network platform for companies?

You do not do a membership at T-8 on your one.

Participation in the network for companies is inviting because it increases their chance to find the candidates they are looking for.  

Exchange of experience

Members can share their experience and start new initiatives They can combine individual business initiatives and develop this as a joint project.

Role of the members.

Participants in the platform have a major role in the exclusive platform with an  advanced approach that takes Networks part of the W & S process to a higher level.

It is also possible to present T-8 together at events so professionals can get in touch with participating companies. The synergy achieved  between the members and professionals can result in a faster recruitment and selection procedure that can save costs up to 50%.

Membership

Participation in the network is entered into for a year.  The costs are at least equal to the internal and external savings that are achieved.

Costs are 15.000 a year exclusive VAT. At the start an initial list with candidates who meet the established profile will be provided as soon as possible. This list will be updated regularly.    

At least six candidates must be invited for an interview when one of the participating companies have a vacancy.

Privacy is guaranteed in all circumstances.

Guarantees:

When a proposed candidate falls out of the selection after the introductory meeting, for whatever reason, T-8 will deliver an appropriate new candidate.

Some conditions for participants in the T-8 

  • Participation is at least for one year.
  • After an evaluation of the results membership can be extended.
  • The coordinator is given support by the member to achieve results
  • Participation in meetings to promote mutual relations.
  • Members have to provide all the information to the coordinator about their S&S activities
  • The coordinator will inform the members during the process about all developments 
  • The coordinator is an intermediary between the members and their data
  • When participation in T-8  has ended, the relevant data will be  deleted and/or destroyed.
  • T-8 and its members will emanate a proactive “Employee Branding”.
