A new platform

The new network platform was set up to provide for the demand for cross-company networks.

The participation of companies within this platform creates opportunities to innovate Recruitment to meet current standards on the job market.

The main target of renewed Recruitment is to find proper trained professionals for the members so they can employ them to work in a fast changing labour market.

We call this a pragmatic, efficient and  purposive method “New recruitment”. 

Network platform T-8 as a think tank

Because the members have a proactive approach they find new ways, and flexible and creative solutions can be implemented immediately. When we do this together for these functions, counselling will be more successful.

Optimized Working method.

T-8 is nationally orientated and exclusive for companies.  The Recruitment is an intensive process of which organisations do not always have sufficient knowledge, skills and affinity.

Participation in T-8 means that the coordinator works closely with HRM, Recruitment and the employer to get in touch with the most suitable and motivated professionals.

Because each platform has a maximum of eight members, the quality is guaranteed for each individual member. Characteristic is the specific boots function of the coordinator. He takes care of the exchange of information and keeps an overview/ a survey of all recruitment activities.
